Pay: $60-$70/hour Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of
employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Eligibility to enroll in
the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment. Additionally, employees in this
role will have access to paid sick leave and other paid time off benefits as required under the
applicable law of the worksite location.
Required Skills & Experience
-Minimum 8 years of experience in project management and projects within the utility industry surrounding wildfire mitigation.
- Proficiency in project management and data analytics tools, including SAP, Business Objects, MS Excel, and SharePoint.
-Experience with creation and distribution of performance, risk, and financial dashboards.
- Experience developing and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as project completion rate, budget variance, and resource utilization.
- Experience working with stakeholders on budgets and risk mitigation to ensure projects run efficiently.
- Proven track record of continuous improvement processes that increase productivity and program efficiency.
Job Description
Our client is looking to stand up a Project Management Office (PMO) with the objective of creating a centralized department that establishes and maintains project management standards, processes, and best practices within an organization for electric distribution projects and operations. The primary goal is to ensure projects are executed efficiently, align with organizational objectives, and achieve desired outcomes. Evergreen is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support reliability initiatives with our utility client. These professionals will be working on projects and programs centered around Wildfire Mitigation initiatives across various states and CoOps. This individual will be responsible for assisting in project planning, project execution, reporting, project closeout and communication with stakeholders. Starting pay for this role is at 60/hr. depending on experience.
