Insight Global is seeking an experienced Project Managers (PM II) to support wildfire mitigation and reliability initiatives. These professionals will be responsible for managing utility infrastructure projects with a focus on risk reduction, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.

The role involves leveraging tools such as SAP, Business Objects, MS Excel, and SharePoint to manage project data, track performance, and support continuous improvement. Candidates will be expected to maintain project documentation, develop dashboards, and provide data-driven insights to support project execution and decision-making. Additional responsibilities include tracking KPIs (e.g., budget variance, resource utilization, customer satisfaction), supporting project scheduling and controls, and identifying opportunities for process improvement to reduce O&M leakage and enhance PMO performance.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 8 years of experience in design and engineering.

- 3–5 years of experience in project management, preferably in utility or energy-related projects.

- Demonstrated ability to manage infrastructure projects with a focus on reliability and risk mitigation.

- Proficiency in project management and data tools, including SAP, Business Objects, MS Excel, and SharePoint.

- Experience developing and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as project completion rate, budget variance, and quality metrics.

- Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to provide actionable insights.

- Familiarity with budget tracking, forecasting, and performance dashboards.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across internal and external teams.

- Proven ability to identify and implement process improvements within a PMO or similar environment.

Compensation: $43/hr-$50/hr - Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
