Job summary

GPAC LLC. is looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to own local commercial and industrial projects in the Charlotte area from contract through completion.

You will manage budgets, schedules, and coordinate with GCs, customers, vendors, and subcontractors while working with Superintendents and Foremen to keep projects on track in the local market.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of electrical construction experience.
• Previous Electrical Project Manager experience.
• Strong commercial and/or industrial electrical background.
• Strong understanding of electrical construction.
• Experience managing project budgets and schedules.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical construction projects from start to finish.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, contracts, and profitability.
• Review plans, specifications, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with General Contractors, customers, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Work closely with Superintendents and Foremen to keep projects on schedule.
• Manage change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
• Monitor project costs and financial performance.
• Attend project meetings and maintain customer relationships.
• Help resolve project issues and keep work moving forward.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
