Job summary

Project Talent Partners is seeking an Electrical Project Manager for commercial and industrial construction. Take ownership from kickoff to handover and drive projects to safety, on budget, and to specification.

You’ll coordinate clients, design teams, field crews and suppliers to deliver quality outcomes. You’ll oversee planning, commercial performance, site coordination and client relationships, with responsibility for reviews, changes and closeout.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing electrical construction projects.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and codes.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, resources and subcontractors.
• Confident leadership and communication, proactive problem-solving.
• Strong organization and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Familiarity with project management software.

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical construction projects from initial planning through to final handover.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, resource plans and risk management strategies.
• Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, suppliers and other project stakeholders.
• Review drawings and specifications, identify potential issues and coordinate design changes.
• Manage estimates, costs, purchasing and material deliveries to keep projects on track.

With a healthy pipeline of work and a team that values accountability, quality and professional growth, this is an opportunity for an Electrical Project Manager who wants to take ownership of projects from kickoff through to completion.

The opportunity

You’ll lead projects day to day, coordinating clients, design teams, field crews and suppliers to deliver safely, on budget and to specification.

You’ll have responsibility for planning, commercial performance, site coordination and client relationships, with the opportunity to make a real impact on project delivery.
