Job summary

gpac LLC is representing a growing electrical construction contractor seeking a Senior Project Manager who thrives in a hands-on, operational role. You will oversee commercial and industrial electrical projects from start to finish, collaborating with field staff, estimators, and leadership to drive project execution.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in electrical construction project management, strong leadership and organizational skills, and experience with project management software.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in electrical construction.
• Experience with commercial and industrial electrical projects.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Experience with project management software.
• Journeyman or field experience is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee commercial and industrial electrical projects, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality objectives are met.
• Manage field personnel, subcontractors, and vendor relationships.
• Track project progress, resolve issues, and communicate with clients and leadership.
• Monitor job costs, change orders, and project documentation.
• Enforce safety and quality standards on-site.
