We are on the hunt for a dynamic, experienced and motivated Electrical Project Manager to join our vibrant construction team. This is a permanent role that offers the opportunity to work on a variety of high-profile commercial construction projects. As an Electrical Project Manager, you will be the driving force behind our electrical construction projects, overseeing all aspects from conception to completion. Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all electrical aspects of our commercial construction projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and other team members to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget.
• Develop and implement project plans, including defining scope, setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring progress.
• Ensure all electrical work complies with relevant codes and standards.
• Analyze and resolve field construction issues, providing technical and troubleshooting support as needed.
• Prepare and present project updates and progress reports to stakeholders.
• Manage the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Foster a safety-first culture, ensuring all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
• Proven track record of managing successful electrical construction projects.
• Deep understanding of electrical systems, construction methods, and safety regulations.
• Exceptional leadership and project management skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and team members.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management or related field is preferred.
• Professional certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) would be a plus.
