• Salary Range: $130,000 - $150,000 (commensurate with experience)

Schedule:

Project Scope:

The Electrical Project Manager will oversee all phases of complex commercial and mixed-use construction projects, ensuring safe, efficient, and profitable execution. Responsibilities include managing engineering deliverables, vendor coordination, field operations, and client communication, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a team of approximately 10 project staff, including 3 direct reports
• Drive profitability through scope management, cost control, and strategic planning
• Manage all project phases, from scheduling and procurement to construction and closeout
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for timely material delivery and subcontractor alignment
• Maintain communication with stakeholders and clients to ensure expectations are met and exceeded
• Administer contracts, negotiate change orders, and ensure safety and quality standards
• Conduct financial forecasting and reporting to senior leadership
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards and project methodologies
• Oversee third-party construction teams and field operations

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 5 years as an Electrical Project Manager with a focus on commercial/mixed-use projects
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Construction Management (strongly preferred)
• Certifications:
• Journeyman or Master Electrician License (a plus)
• PMP (Project Management Professional)
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction
• NFPA 70E Training
• Technical Skills:
• Knowledge of electrical power systems and engineering principles
• Experience with take-offs, scheduling, bid review, and contracts
• Familiarity with safety protocols and compliance
• Leadership & Soft Skills:
• Ability to lead diverse teams and mentor junior staff
• Problem-solving, initiative, and decision-making skills under pressure
• Excellent communication skills
• Client-focused attitude with a drive to exceed expectations
