Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage vendor and partner relationships to ensure performance and delivery.
• Lead communication with customers and manage satisfaction.
• Own project budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking.
• Lead project setup in Procore including schedules, budgets, and document control.
• Oversee safety planning and site quality inspections.
• Review submittals for schedule and contract compliance.
• Close-out documentation and customer turnover.
