Job summary

Cec Facilities Llc is seeking a Project Manager to own full project execution, leading schedules, budgets, coordination, and close-out. The role requires coordinating with customers, vendors, superintendents, safety teams, and consultants while ensuring clear communication throughout the lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will manage vendor relations, pursue new opportunities, participate in bids, and drive project meetings, reports, and change orders using Procore. Travel up to 40% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience in construction management, engineering or related field.
• 3-5 years’ experience in project management.
• Experience using Procore for project documentation and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Own full project execution including budgets, schedules, and change management.
• Lead vendor and partner relationships and ensure delivery.
• Manage all stakeholder communication and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare detailed project status reports and delay notices.
• Oversee safety planning and quality inspections across the project.
• Close-out documentation and final turnover.
