Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
• Minimum 5 years of pharma/biotech engineering and validation project management.
• Strong knowledge of sterile manufacturing processes.
• Experience with validation lifecycle documentation and execution.
• Familiarity with project management tools (MS Project, Primavera).
• Experience with SAP for engineering and financial operations.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, review and approve protocols for electrical equipment and processes.
• Ensure cGMP compliance and regulatory requirements in all designs.
• Oversee installation, commissioning and qualification of electrical systems.
• Prepare Capital Expenditure (CapEx) requests with ROI analysis.
• Coordinate with QA, Validation, Regulatory Affairs and vendors.
• Manage project budgets and track CAPEX performance.
