Job summary

Romanoff Group of Companies is seeking an Electrical Project Superintendent to oversee day-to-day project activities and coordinate with Project Managers to manage resources, ensuring quality, production, and safety of installation operations. The role emphasizes planning, supervision of field crews, and ensuring NEC/state/local code compliance.

Candidates should have substantial electrical construction and supervisory experience, including fault-finding and on-site leadership.

Qualifications

• Must have 8+ years of combined electrical construction and supervisory experience.
• Must understand electrical construction industry and fault-finding in electrical systems.
• Preferred: Licensed Journeyman Electrician; Preferred: OSHA 30-hour training.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret plans, specifications, and project requirements.
• Supervise electrical installations, testing, troubleshooting, and system commissioning.
• Lead field crews with on-site direction, coaching, and mentorship.
• Coordinate project activities, schedules, and subcontractors to meet deadlines.
• Manage jobsite materials, tools, inventory, and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with NEC, state/local codes, safety standards, and company policies.
• Complete required project documentation, including safety reports and as-built drawings.
• Identify and resolve field issues while maintaining quality and productivity.
