Job summary

ESI Electrical Contractors is seeking a Project Manager to lead construction efforts for assigned projects, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and constructibility. The role requires deep knowledge of electrical construction and a strong background in project management.

Ideal candidates have significant experience in managing electrical projects, superb communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of electrical construction and theory as obtained through a five-year electrical apprentice program or equivalent education/experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the construction process to align with budget and schedule and ensure constructibility.
• Obtain new work and sustain existing work; develop proposals and cost estimates.
• Attend job walks; meet with customers to identify needs and scopes of projects.
• Manage multiple sales pursuits and projects simultaneously.
• Read and understand contract terms; determine pricing; manage contracts from proposal to closeout.
