Job summary

CEC FACILITIES LLC seeks a skilled Construction Project Coordinator in El Paso, TX to support project managers with planning, cost control, subcontractor oversight, and quality assurance on diverse electrical and general construction sites.

You will assist in estimating, review scopes, manage submittals and pay applications, and ensure compliance with contracts, schedules, and safety requirements, while coordinating with owners, architects, engineers, and field teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Construction Management or Electrical Engineering preferred; HS diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2+ years in electrical or general construction project coordination/management.
• Journeyman Electrician’s License is a plus.
• Prior electrical estimating experience is a plus.
• Strong computer literacy with project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Supports project estimating, cost control, and schedule development.
• Reviews scopes of work and ensures alignment with drawings and specs.
• Prepares and reviews submittals for accuracy and compliance.
• Analyzes pay applications and change requests.
• Coordinates subcontractor bidding, evaluations, and proposals.
• Monitors contract deliverables and compliance.
• Oversees time tracking and reporting with field staff.
• Communicates with owners, architects, engineers, inspectors, and subs.
• Maintains vendor contacts and material specs.
