Selectlee is seeking an Electrical Project Manager in the United States to oversee electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will manage budgets, schedules, procurement, subcontractors, and client communications while ensuring safety, quality, and contract compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of electrical construction project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, specifications and contract documents.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management software.
• Working knowledge of NEC and NFPA requirements.

Responsabilités

• Manage electrical construction projects from award through final closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts.
• Monitor project financial performance including job costing, billing, cash flow, and profitability.
• Review contract documents, drawings and specs to ensure successful execution.
• Lead planning meetings and coordinate with field leadership, customers, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Oversee procurement of materials and equipment to support project schedules.
• Coordinate with superintendents and field personnel to meet milestones and productivity.
• Lead project closeout activities and finalize documentation.
