4C2 Electrical Associates LLC is seeking a Project Manager for the electrical division to plan, direct, and coordinate construction and maintenance of facilities. You will oversee scheduling, budgeting, and execution while liaising with clients and subcontractors.

Responsibilities include meeting clients on sites, reviewing drawings, managing changes, and ensuring quality and safety standards across projects.

Qualifications

• Must have a college degree or substantial construction project knowledge.
• Strong leadership and communication skills required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office for reports and billing.

Responsibilities

• Meet customers on job sites, obtain bid documents, estimate, and write proposals.
• Review drawings/specs and manage overall project schedule and scope.
• Attend contractor and client progress meetings.
• Manage multiple projects and balance labor, materials, and deadlines.
• Prepare and negotiate change order estimates with clients and subs.
• Coordinate material/materials deliveries and shop drawings for submittal.
• Maintain client relationships to achieve high satisfaction.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance on site.
