Job summary

Selectlee is seeking an Electrical Project Engineer to support planning, coordination, and execution of electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will collaborate with Project Managers, Superintendents, field personnel, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure safety, schedule adherence, and budget compliance.

You will help with documentation, procurement, scheduling, and financial tracking, gaining hands-on experience across all facets of electrical project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Experience in electrical construction projects.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specs.
• Knowledge of NEC/NFPA codes preferred.
• Experience with budgeting, cost tracking, and forecasting.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with planning, scheduling, and coordination.
• Support budgets, cost tracking, and forecasting.
• Process submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation.
• Coordinate material procurement and deliveries.
• Maintain project records and correspondence.
• Assist with subcontractor and vendor coordination.
• Review drawings, specs, and contract documents for completeness.
• Support project closeout, punch list, and final documentation.
• Promote safety and teamwork across project stakeholders.
• Participate in project meetings and maintain action item logs.
