Job summary

Lemartec Corporation is seeking a traveling Project Manager to lead complex execution across multiple sites in the United States. You will manage planning, procurement, construction and start-up, while coordinating with Business Development to expand scope and win new work.

You will oversee budgets, schedules and safety standards, drive continuous improvement, and mentor a high-performance project team. This role requires flexibility to travel up to 100% across project locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction; 5+ years of relevant experience in lieu of degree accepted.
• 5–10 years of experience on electrical scopes for large-scale construction projects.
• Procore, Sage, Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel within the U.S. and bilingual English/Spanish

Responsibilities

• Lead project execution to meet budget, schedule and quality requirements.
• Develop win plans, execution plans, estimates and contract reviews; oversee prime contract strategy.
• Define project organization, roles, responsibilities and authorities.
• Monitor cash flow, manage budgets and provide status reports to leadership.
• Ensure EH&S compliance and effective document control throughout the project.
