Job summary

Cec Facilities Llc is seeking an Electrical Estimator/Construction Coordinator to assist project managers with estimating, scheduling, and cost control on diverse electrical construction projects. This role supports change orders, RFIs, pay apps, and subcontracts while coordinating with architects, engineers, inspectors, and field teams.

The ideal candidate will have a background in electrical construction, strong communication, and proficiency with estimating software; BSEE or Construction

Qualifications

• BSEE or Construction Management preferred; high school diploma required.
• Experience in electrical construction and estimating is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support project managers with change orders, RFIs, and logs.
• Prepare and review pay applications and change requests.
• Assist in contract administration and management.
• Coordinate with subs, architects, engineers, inspectors, and site staff.
• Develop and maintain resource information for vendors and government requirements.
