Southern Industrial Constructors, Inc. is seeking a Mechanical Assistant Project Manager in Raleigh, NC. You will assist the Project Manager to plan, execute, and document every project stage, coordinating with clients, vendors, and staff to meet budget and schedule targets.

Role requires collaborative leadership, cost tracking, and proactive communication. Frequent site visits and adherence to safety policies are essential for successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of mechanical experience in an industrial setting.
• 3+ years of experience helping to manage industrial construction projects up to $1M with high complexity.
• 3+ years of client relationship and business development experience, including leading the preparation and development of bids with a successful record.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Project Managers, clients, and supervision to plan, develop and oversee site projects.
• Prepare estimates and invoices and track project progress using project management software.
• Support team by researching project information and updating schedule progress, budget and spending.
• Assist with cost management including estimating, funding, budgeting, forecasting, controlling and reporting.
• Identify and process scope changes and communicate milestones and issues.
• Develop relationships to identify opportunities and plan resources to meet demands.
• Oversee safety program execution and ensure compliance with SIC policies and regulations.
