Job summary

Ace Electric, Inc. is seeking a Project Engineer II to provide intermediate-level project support across electrical construction projects.

You will manage documentation, track labor productivity, and coordinate with general contractors, vendors, and the project manager. The role requires a BS in Building Construction or similar, at least 2 years of project support experience, a valid driver's license, and strong Excel and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Building Construction or similar required.
• Minimum two years of construction project support experience.
• Valid state driver's license and ability to travel to sites.

Responsibilities

• Maintain organized project files and documentation.
• Track labor productivity data and report findings to leadership.
• Track contractor schedules and report variances.
• Prepare, submit, and track RFIs and submittals.
• Review change orders for completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain progress drawings and tracking logs.
• Coordinate material deliveries to sites and manage inventory.
• Attend job site meetings and provide summaries to leadership.
• Support timekeeping and project confidentiality.
