Job summary

Ace Electric is seeking a Project Engineer II to provide intermediate-level project support across multiple projects. You will manage documentation, coordinate materials and labor productivity, and ensure timely deliverables under the supervision of the Project Manager.

You will interact with vendors, clients, and General Contractors, maintaining confidential information and adhering to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Building Construction or similar field.
• Minimum two years of construction project support experience.
• Strong MS Office and Excel proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain organized and accurate project files and documentation.
• Track labor productivity data and report findings to project leadership.
• Track schedules for General Contractors and fabrication; report variances.
• Prepare, submit, and track RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Review change order documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain and update progress drawings and logs.
• Assist with project closeout documentation.
• Coordinate material deliveries and manage site inventory.
