Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associates degree preferred.
• 3+ years of electrical assembly experience with precision and consistency.
• Must read and interpret electronic blueprints/part drawings; read schematics.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret manufacturing requirements, specs, and work instructions.
• Interpret schematics and wire lists to perform wiring.
• Assemble components and test fixtures; soldering and crimping as needed.
• Operate test equipment (multimeter, power supplies) to verify wiring.
• Document deviations and modifications from original design.
• Support continuous process improvements.
• Maintain accurate time reporting and manufacturing records.
