Job summary

ACS Manufacturing, LLC is seeking an Electrical Supervisor to lead the electrical systems integration team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will ensure compliance with NEC and safety policies while coordinating daily production schedules with electrical crews.

The role emphasizes developing staff, coaching, 5S+1, continuous improvement, and maintaining quality and productivity metrics. Strong leadership, English reading/writing, and ability to read blueprints are required; second

Qualifications

• Technical education or training in the electrical installation or construction field; or equivalent combination of education, apprenticeship, and work experience.
• Experience reading complex electrical blueprints and NEC knowledge.
• Proven production supervisory experience and leadership of high‑performance teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to health and safety practices and policies.
• Follow and enforce all established corporate policies, procedures, and recognized practices.
• Create a positive environment that motivates staff to increase safety, quality, and productivity and meet delivery goals.
• Communicate daily production schedule, assignments, and goals to electrical teams.
• Maintain installation consistency and quality while keeping operational costs down.
• Lead, train and motivate the electrical systems integration staff and evaluate performance.
• Review team performance, implement improvements, and reduce disturbances to the flow.
• Maintain safety, quality, and productivity metrics and meet department goals.
• Assist materials management with electrical components logistics.
• Monitor daily production status for all jobs and support status reporting.
• Execute production control actions to progress all jobs on schedule and within requirements.
• Support training programs to increaseElectrical skill sets and develop leadership in team leads.
• Implement and support 5S+1 program and lean manufacturing efforts.
• Overtime, extra shifts, and weekend work as needed.
• Ensure electrical tools and devices are maintained, calibrated, and safe.
• Develop electrical standard work instructions, quality checklists, and test procedures.
• Accurately allocate labor time to correct job units and resolve time issues.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements.
• Be present with electrical crews and mentor personnel to grow skills and leadership.
• Performs other related functions delegated or assigned.
