ACS Manufacturing, LLC. seeks an experienced electrical supervisor to lead the electrical systems integration staff on full-time shifts in our Abbeville, SC facility. The role focuses on safety, quality, productivity, and meeting production goals while guiding a skilled team.

You will coach, train, and mentor team members, enforce NEC standards, read complex blueprints, and drive continuous improvement through Lean and 5S+1 practices. Good communication and leadership are essential.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of production supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
• Ability to read complex electrical blueprints and read/write English (Spanish optional).

Responsabilidades

• Lead electrical systems integration staff and maintain safety, quality, and productivity metrics.
• Communicate daily production schedules to electrical teams.
• Coach and mentor electrical personnel for technical growth and leadership.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety rules and corporate policies.
• Drive Lean and 5S+1 programs and continuous improvement.
