Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
5+ years in electrical panel wiring and low/medium voltage switchgear.
Experience managing 50+ shop personnel.
Experience in oilfield, marine, industrial, data center, or renewable energy environments is beneficial.

Responsibilities

Supervise electrical technicians and coordinate workloads.
Plan and assign work, monitor progress.
Provide technical guidance on installation, maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting of electrical equipment.
Coordinate with engineering and project management teams.
Maintain documentation and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure safety and compliance with NEC, NFPA, OSHA.
