Job summary

Compass Resourcing Group, LLC is recruiting a Project Manager for our client in the Spring/Tomball area to lead electrical infrastructure and power distribution projects from contract release to closeout. You will coordinate Engineering, Production, Quality, and Customer teams, manage schedules and budgets, and drive changes while maintaining documentation and regular client updates.

Responsibilities

Maintain project schedules, trackers, and execution plans.
Track milestones, deliverables, and deadlines across active jobs.
Coordinate between Engineering, Production, and Supply Chain to align timelines and resources.
Lead execution meetings and drive accountability across teams.
Identify risks and mitigate delays to keep projects on schedule and budget.
Support billing milestones and project invoicing; monitor costs and margins.
Ensure drawings, BOMs, and documentation match actual build.
