Stratus is seeking a Technical Product Specialist (Electrical) to join the Onboarding and Implementation team in the United States. You will combine deep electrical trade knowledge with product expertise to train clients, conduct onsite engagements, and advise on how to maximize platform value.

You will gather client insights, influence product roadmaps, and work with Sales, Account Managers, and executives to ensure successful deployments and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in a client-facing product or implementation role.
• Deep knowledge of the electrical trade and related workflows.
• Experience with Revit or BIM/VDC coordination.

Responsabilités

• Lead specialized product training for client teams and tailor to role and maturity.
• Plan and lead onsite visits from agenda through follow-up.
• Provide product consultations to configure and use the platform effectively.
• Lead discovery sessions, workflow assessments, and value demonstrations.
• Design and run proof of value exercises tied to client outcomes.
• Partner with Sales and executives during pitches, demos and rebids.
• Articulate product value to business and technical audiences.
• Advise on adoption and best practices aligning with client processes.
• Capture client insights and feed them to Product/Engineering.
• Monitor post-implementation metrics and drive user engagement.
