Job summary

StratusGrid LLC is seeking a customer-facing operator to onboard and optimize Stratusphere, turning cloud insights into a usable product experience. You’ll bridge customers, PE sponsors, and internal teams to drive measurable value and adoption.

You’ll own onboarding, enablement, reporting, and risk monitoring while translating field feedback into product improvements and scalable customer success motions.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer success for B2B SaaS.
• Excellent executive communication and credibility.
• Familiarity with cloud optimization concepts and workflows.
• Strong data/reporting mindset and dashboard literacy.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding, adoption, and ongoing program engagement with customers.
• Demonstrate Stratusphere, configure dashboards, and enable async usage.
• Identify friction, report insights, and drive program improvements.
• Collaborate with Service Delivery, Product, Engineering, and Sales.
