Endra is seeking a Product Specialist to bridge our engineering vision with customers who use the platform. You will own the technical success of our customers, from initial discovery through full-scale adoption, acting as a product expert, educator, and critical feedback loop for the engineering team.

You’ll lead deep-dive trainings and demos, on-site and online, collaborate with the GTM and product teams, and guide customers to rapid value realization within their organizations and across

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of end-to-end electrical design workflows.
• 5+ years of electrical engineering experience in a top-tier firm.
• Expert-level proficiency in Revit for large complex electrical systems.

Responsabilités

• Partner in the pitch with the GTM team on discovery and technical calls to show Endra’s value.
• Own the transition from sales to success with pre-kick-off sessions and ensure platform configuration fits customer needs.
• Conduct deep-dive training sessions and demos (on-site and online) for super users and champions.
• Monitor customer activity during the first 0-90 days and lead bi-weekly training sessions to resolve questions.
• Collaborate with product engineers to translate customer feedback into product roadmap insights.
• Provide sustained support to ensure long-term customer success and value realization.
• Collaborate with GTM and Marketing to identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
