Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years in datacenter operations, UPS systems, or power conversion.
• Experience in sustaining engineering, technical support, or product maintenance.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Root cause analysis and continuous improvement experience.
• Proficiency with engineering design tools and methodologies.
• Familiarity with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).
• Strong planning, analysis, and communication skills.
• Collaborative team player and customer-focused.
• Willingness to travel 20-30%, including international travel.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with other engineering divisions to define product specifications.
• Assist testing with test plans and evaluation of results.
• Prepare technical drawings and component specifications.
• Review field data to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Work with development, quality assurance, and customer support to prioritize and resolve issues.
• Contribute to lessons learned for new projects.
• Provide timely updates on progress, risks, and proposed solutions to stakeholders.
