Job summary

Siemens Mobility is seeking a Procurement Project Manager, Electrical Products, to lead procurement strategy across NA locations including Broken Arrow, OK. The role focuses on mitigating supply risk, multi-sourcing, and supplier capacity ramp-ups, with travel across North America.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to implement cost savings, lead supplier development, and support contract development for alternate suppliers while aligning with product development and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration or Supply Chain Management.
• 3+ years of procurement/sourcing/supply chain experience.
• Willingness to travel 15–20% primarily within NA.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to align sourcing strategies with business objectives.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement to sourcing processes and reduce cycle times.
• Lead supplier development and capacity ramp-ups with Operations and Supplier Quality Management.
• Support contracts with alternate suppliers.
• Assist Location Procurement Managers in developing location strategies.
• Develop end-to-end supply chain strategies and technologies.
• Support PLM integration with supplier and market knowledge.
