Job summary
Insight Global is seeking an experienced Electrical Area Manager to join a large heavy industrial facility in Florence, Colorado. You will lead electrical maintenance, drive reliability initiatives, and develop high-performing maintenance teams to improve plant performance.
The role requires a strong electrical engineering background, with responsibilities including budgeting, capital projects, and optimization of maintenance programs in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required.
- 5+ years of leadership experience in electrical maintenance or maintenance management.
- Experience leading teams in heavy industrial/cement manufacturing environments.
- Experience with SAP or a CMMS/ERP system.
- Proven ability to manage maintenance budgets, outages, and capital projects.
- Strong understanding of industrial power distribution, motors, drives, and controls.
Responsibilities
- Lead all electrical maintenance activities across the plant.
- Develop electrical maintenance personnel and supervisors.
- Drive plant reliability, uptime, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Own electrical maintenance budgets, planning, and capital project execution.
- Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
- Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis of equipment failures.
- Partner with operations, engineering, and maintenance teams to improve plant performance.
- Ensure safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance.
