Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in electrical maintenance or maintenance management.
• Experience leading teams in heavy industrial/cement manufacturing environments.
• Experience with SAP or a CMMS/ERP system.
• Proven ability to manage maintenance budgets, outages, and capital projects.
• Strong understanding of industrial power distribution, motors, drives, and controls.

This individual will be a key member of the plant leadership team, responsible for leading electrical maintenance operations, driving reliability initiatives, managing capital projects, and developing high-performing maintenance teams.

Skills and Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
• 5+ years of leadership experience within electrical maintenance, reliability, or maintenance management
• Experience managing teams in a heavy industrial/cement manufacturing environment
• Experience with SAP or a comparable ERP/CMMS system
• Proven experience managing maintenance budgets, outages, shutdowns, and capital projects
• Strong understanding of industrial power distribution systems, motors, MCCs, drives, controls, and electrical equipment
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, develop employees, and drive operational improvements
