Qualifications

• Mechanical or electrical background required.
• Able to estimate labor hours and materials.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Able to read blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Plans, schedules, and coordinates maintenance activities with staff, contractors and external vendors.
• Orders parts for planned jobs and ensures tools and equipment are available.
• Ensures tools and equipment are available for the assigned task.
