Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum one year in an assembly-related role with hand/power tools.
• Ability to read electrical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Proficiency with measuring tools and torque tolerances.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Physically able to lift up to 35 lbs and work overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Assemble panelboards and switchboards per specifications using drawings.
• Inspect and test products to meet quality standards and compliance.
• Utilize hand/power tools for electrical wiring and assembly tasks.
• Maintain workflow progress and report issues to team leads.
• Prepare finished products for shipment and support improvements.
