Job summary

Equiliem is seeking a Production Technician in Hanover, MD to assemble, wire, fit, and mount electrical components for control equipment. You will work with panelboards and switchboards, following drawings, schematics, and safety rules to ensure quality and timely production.

The ideal candidate has hands-on assembly experience, uses hand/tools safely, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing setting while upholding quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in an assembly-related role with hand/power tools.
• Experience in automotive repair, construction, carpentry, or manufacturing is a plus.
• Ability to follow drawings, schematics, and assembly procedures with safety.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, wire, fit, and mount sub-assemblies and components.
• Assemble panelboards and switchboards per drawings and instructions.
• Use hand and power tools to complete electrical/mechanical assembly.
• Inspect and test finished products for quality and code compliance.
• Maintain 5S housekeeping and report production issues promptly.
