Job summary

Control Panels USA is seeking Assembly Technicians to join our growing team. These technicians will lay out, assemble and wire electrical control panels and relay racks, using hand and power tools. You will cut and connect cables, label wires, and install tags on panel boxes while reading schematics to diagnose issues and ensure adherence to specs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of assembly/manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read schematics is a plus (teaching available).
• An eye for detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts and components using hand and power tools.
• Cut and connect cables to panels and racks.
• Label wires and install identification tags on panels.
• Read schematics to diagnose issues and ensure specifications.
• Participate in testing and adjustments to meet tolerances.
