Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of relevant work in manufacturing or shop environments for Tech 1; 3 years for Tech 2; 5 years for Senior.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings and schematics.
• Proficiency with common hand and power tools.
• Valid state-issued driver's license and eligibility to operate a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, install, wire and repair electrical panels according to drawings and specs.
• Tag, terminate, and secure wiring per regulatory and company standards.
• Assemble enclosures, mount components, and fabricate light metal assemblies.
• Use hand, air, and power tools safely and effectively.
