Job summary

CED in Valdosta, GA is seeking an Outside Sales representative to represent Consolidated Electrical Distributors to new and existing customers. The role focuses on developing relationships to maintain and grow sales, with travel to customer sites and growth targets.

You will research local markets, identify target accounts, learn customer needs, and provide product recommendations. This full-time, on-site position offers commission-based earnings and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of electrical products and their functions.
• Minimum 3 years sales experience.
• Ability to travel and make sales calls at customer locations.
• Proficient in reading, writing and speaking English.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Math skills including calculating percentages, decimals, and discount multipliers.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with new and existing customers.
• Research and analyze the local market, analyze customer potential, and determine target accounts.
• Learn customer needs and expectations by asking questions and understanding the applications to make product recommendations.
