You will oversee project execution, support estimating, and drive business development with clients. Responsibilities include safety, budget control, scheduling, and cross‑functional coordination across operations and field teams.

The role emphasizes profitability, process improvements, and strong client relationships to grow the business in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in electrical construction with leadership in operations or project management.
• Strong understanding of commercial, industrial, or institutional electrical construction.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, job cost control, scheduling, and operational reporting.
• Proven success in business development and client relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations for electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Lead project teams to complete work safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Monitor performance, manpower, materials, and resource allocation across multiple jobs.
• Partner with PMs, superintendents, and field leadership to resolve issues and keep projects moving.
• Establish and improve internal processes for consistency and accountability.
