• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations across branches and personnel.
• Develop budgets, monitor performance, and drive profitability.
• Coordinate with Business Development on builder relationships.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed.
• Provide leadership to Construction Managers and staff.
• Communicate with executives and manage vendor relations.
• Travel to local branch locations as needed.
