Qualifications

• Ability to lead technicians, manage field operations, and resolve customer concerns.
• Willingness to work in the field during division development.

Responsibilities

• Develop, lead, and grow the Electrical Division.
• Oversee field operations, technician performance, customer satisfaction, safety, and profitability.
• Assist with sales, estimating, and business development.
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes and licensing requirements.
