$100,000 Base Salary + Profit Sharing | Target Total Compensation: $150,000+

Apex Solutions | Danville, Kentucky

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–5:00 PM

WE ARE NOT PRIVATE EQUITY. WE ARE FAMILY-OWNED AND BUILT FOR THE LONG TERM.

We're looking for a leader, not just another employee.

Apex Solutions is a locally owned and operated company serving Central Kentucky since 2008. What began as a plumbing company has grown into a multi-trade organization offering Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Construction, and other specialized services.

We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and results-driven Electrical Operations Manager to help develop, lead, and grow our Electrical Division.

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced electrical professional who wants more than a traditional management position. You'll have the opportunity to build a department, develop a team, influence business decisions, and share financially in the division's success.

We want someone who thinks like an owner, leads by example, takes accountability, and is motivated to build something exceptional.

This is initially a hands‑on leadership position. The successful candidate must be willing to work alongside technicians in the field, assist with sales and estimating, and establish the operational foundation of the department. As the division grows, the role will transition toward full-time leadership, management, and business development.

WHY JOIN APEX SOLUTIONS?

Family-Owned. Locally Operated. Not Private Equity.

At Apex Solutions, we believe the people who build our company should have the opportunity to benefit from its success.

Ownership Mentality: We empower our leaders to make decisions, solve problems, and take responsibility for their departments.

Exceptional Earning Potential: Earn a competitive six-figure salary with additional profit-sharing opportunities directly tied to the performance of the Electrical Division.

Opportunity to Build: Help develop and grow an Electrical Division with the support, infrastructure, and resources of an established multi-trade company.

Professional Growth: Access industry-leading training, leadership development, and coaching through our Nexstar Network affiliation.

Modern Equipment and Technology: Work with professional equipment, advanced tools, and ServiceTitan field-service management software.

Strong Administrative Support: Our dedicated Dispatch, Customer Service, Warehouse, Marketing, Accounting, and Human Resources teams allow our field leaders to focus on building successful operations.

Community Commitment: Join a company that takes pride in serving Central Kentucky and supporting the communities where we live and work.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

$100,000 BASE SALARY + PROFIT SHARING

Target total annual compensation of approximately $150,000, with additional earning potential based on division profitability and performance.

Our compensation package includes:

  • $100,000 annual base salary
  • Profit-sharing incentive program tied to Electrical Division performance
  • Target total compensation of approximately $150,000 annually, subject to achieving performance and profitability goals
  • 100% employer-paid employee medical insurance premiums
  • Dental insurance
  • Vision insurance
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company matching
  • 80+ hours of accrued paid time off annually
  • Paid company holidays
  • Paid professional training and continuing education
  • Nexstar Network training, coaching, and professional development
  • Company-provided uniforms, polos, T-shirts, and hats
  • Company iPad and access to ServiceTitan
  • Employee recognition and performance-based rewards
  • Supportive, team‑oriented working environment
  • Dedicated office, dispatch, warehouse, marketing, and administrative support

Standard Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM, with additional hours or emergency management support as operational needs require.

Profit-sharing compensation is performance-based and governed by the company's written incentive plan. Target compensation is not guaranteed.
