Apex Solutions in Kentucky is seeking a hands-on Electrical Operations Manager to lead the Electrical Department, optimize field operations, and drive safety and quality across residential, commercial, and light industrial projects.

You will supervise electricians and apprentices, review blueprints, manage scheduling, and ensure compliance with NEC and local regulations while coordinating with dispatch and other departments.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Kentucky Master Electrician License and related certifications listed in qualifications.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and manage the Electrical Department daily operations.
• Lead, supervise, coach electricians and apprentices for performance, safety and customer service.
• Review schedules with Dispatch and assign calls to technicians.
• Oversee installation, maintenance, troubleshooting of electrical systems in varied applications.
• Ensure NEC compliance and local codes; approve major estimates and projects.
• Coach technicians on safety, procedures, and company expectations.
• Maintain staffing, inventory, and procurement; coordinate permits and inspections.
• Document jobs, estimates, invoices, and approvals in ServiceTitan.
