Express Employment Professionals seeks an experienced Electrical SME for a mission-critical facility to serve as on-shift authority for electrical systems, UPS, generators, and switchgear. You will oversee operations, troubleshoot, and mentor staff to ensure uptime and safety.

Responsibilities include staying compliant with LOTO, NFPA 70E, OSHA, and leading with safety and operational excellence. Direct hire with competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in medium- and low-voltage electrical systems in industrial or manufacturing settings.
• Proficient with switchgear, UPS systems, generators, and power distribution equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and diagrams.
• Strong focus on safety and operational excellence.
• Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical operations and switching activities.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Partner with operations teams to maintain facility uptime and reliability.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, including LOTO, NFPA 70E, and OSHA requirements.
• Train, mentor, and support operations personnel.
