Job summary

CPG is seeking an MEP Manager, Electrical to lead coordination of electrical trades on major construction projects in Ashburn, VA, with travel up to 75%. The role involves review of contract documents, submittals, shop drawings, and overseeing MEP installations through commissioning and turnover.

The ideal candidate will have a related degree, construction management experience, and a Master Electrical License is preferred. Procore and MS Office proficiency are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Associates Degree or equivalent in mechanical, electrical, or fire protection/life safety engineering, construction management or related field.
• Experience directing others on construction projects with increasing responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination of electrical trades on major construction projects and integrate with the project team.
• Review contract documents and drawings, ensure MEP compliance and provide field feedback.
• Oversee submittals, shop drawings, and torque/meggar verification in coordination with trades.
• Coordinate procurement activities with project superintendent and field staff.
• Monitor MEP installation and commissioning activities; support turnover to owner.
