Daksta | Connecting Mission Critical Talent is seeking an MEP Project Manager in Ashburn, Virginia, to support the delivery of MEP systems across multiple projects. In this role, you will coordinate contractors and assist with schedules and documentation, becoming a key link between teams.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of experience in mechanical or electrical construction and a solid understanding of MEP systems. This position offers great growth potential within a rapidly expanding sector.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years’ experience in construction or mission-critical projects.
• Background in mechanical or electrical construction (degree or equivalent experience).
• Solid understanding of MEP systems and installation processes.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of MEP systems from installation through to commissioning.
• Coordinate contractors, suppliers, and consultants.
• Assist with project reporting, schedules, and technical documentation.

Skills

Mechanical or electrical construction background

5–10 years experience in construction

Understanding of MEP systems

Proficiency with Excel, Procore, Bluebeam

Education

Degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
