Job summary

CGP Data Center and Cloud Solutions seeks an experienced MEP Manager, Electrical to coordinate electrical trades on major construction projects in Fredericksburg, VA. The role requires leadership of subcontractors, review of drawings, and adherence to safety plans.

Travel is approximately 70%, with shifts including nights/weekends as needed. Salary is negotiable and the ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s or related degree with strong construction and electrical background.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Associates Degree in mechanical, electrical, or fire protection/life safety engineering or construction management.
• Construction trade experience with increasing responsibility and ability to lead others.

Responsibilities

• Estimate and scope MEP trades during pre-construction.
• Review contract documents for MEP trades and drawings.
• Review and coordinate submittals and shop drawings.
• Lead Energy Marshall role for electrical equipment isolation per safety plan.
• Coordinate with Superintendents to manage MEP subcontractors through project lifecycle.
