Job summary

Reliant Critical Infrastructure is hiring for multiple Electrical MEP Coordinator positions in Atlanta, Georgia. This role requires 3–5 years of construction experience, preferably electrical, and involves planning installations, troubleshooting, and coordinating with various stakeholders. Proficiency in Procore and a valid driver’s license are essential. The position includes travel across North America and offers a blend of onsite and remote work depending on project needs.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate installation means and methods aligned to design basis.
• Interface with owner reps and subcontractors to resolve issues.
• Drive commissioning readiness and maintain structured reporting.
• Lead field documentation in Procore, manage punch lists.
• Communicate status and risks to project leadership and customers.
• Serve as onsite point-of-contact when leadership is offsite.

Skills

Adobe/PDF editing skills

Adept at reading blueprints

Working knowledge of ATS/UPS/switchgear

Exposure to commissioning and EPMS/SCADA concepts

Job description

NOTE: This is a traveling position with 3 weeks onsite/1 week work from home - candidates can reside anywhere in the U.S. *locations may include GA, MS, AZ, VA, WI, NV, etc pending current needs*

*Hiring for multiple Electrical MEP Coordinator openings and levels of experience*

Independently executes day-to-day coordination with guidance from MEP-3; bridges owner project requirements with onsite activities and commissioning. Leads documentation, quality verification, and cross-trade communication; provides hands‑on troubleshooting across electrical and basic mechanical/controls interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate installation means and methods aligned to design basis; verify compliance and quality.
• Interface with owner reps, subcontractors, FSRs, and commissioning agents; facilitate issue resolution and schedule alignment.
• Drive commissioning readiness (e.g., pre-functional checks, load-soak prep) and maintain structured reporting.
• Lead field documentation in Procore; manage punch lists, PTP verifications, and safety walkdowns (LOTO/PPE).
• Maintain documentation (photos, checklists, punch items) and communicate status/risks to project leadership and the customer.
• Serve as onsite point‑of‑contact when leadership is offsite; elevate issues and keep schedule moving.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years construction experience (electrical preferred); 2 years trade school/college or journeyman equivalent.

Required Skills

• Proficient in Procore and Adobe/PDF editing; adept at reading blueprints/submittals/specs/one-lines.
• Working knowledge of ATS/UPS/switchgear; exposure to commissioning and EPMS/SCADA concepts.
• Valid driver’s license; ability to lift 40 lbs, and travel within North America as needed.

Preferred Skills

• OSHA 30, NFPA 70E, First Aid/CPR (within first 30 days if not current); Schneider PME certification a plus.
