Job summary

CPG is seeking an MEP Manager, Mechanical to lead commissioning of data center critical systems including CRAHs, Chillers, Air Handlers, and related equipment at our Ashburn, VA facility. This role reviews client design packages, FAT/First of Kind tests, and develops O&M documentation.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in engineering, 10 years in engineering, and data center/mission-critical experience. Travel up to 75% and US citizenship are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in engineering preferred.
• 10 years’ experience in engineering; data center experience required.
• Experience with commissioning of critical facilities and IEEE/ASHRAE protocols is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary commissioning projects for large facilities.
• Develop SOPs, MOPs, and commissioning documentation.
• Prepare commissioning test procedures and reports; maintain commissioning logs and checklists.
• Interface with clients, contractors, equipment vendors, and owners’ agents; coordinate with engineering and design teams.
